We have lots of territory to cover today, so let’s get right to it. The death aspect of "sound" is exhibited in that which went forth when the Serpent opened his mouth. The very first thing we see of his "sound" is the questioning of God’s motives. The first thing that comes forth from his onoma is lies, as he says to Eve, “Ye shall not surely die.”
Today’s sharing is going to be a bit of a departure from our past studies — and maybe not — but I want to step a bit into the realm where we’ve had a brother sharing with us and discussing authority from a somewhat scientific realm as well as spiritual and natural.
I’m going to run extra long today in order to complete this part of the discussion, so bear with me. Let’s see if we can summarize this picture of the keys little more specifically. 1. Everything is rooted and grounded in the fact that Jesus is the Anointed One, the Son of the Living God. That is His onoma.
Throughout the years, it has been my honor and great delight to have participated in some really spectacular healing miracles. Have to say it has been an adventure and a lot of fun to see Holy Spirit tear down walls of doubt, unbelief and fear.
Back in the early 1950’s, my parents were traveling across the nation and sharing in many churches the vision for building a church in Barrow, Alaska. My brother and I needed to continue in our schooling so we were placed with friends in Hot Springs, Arkansas.
Let’s continue today with last week’s discussion. One of the things both Della and I have learned throughout the years is to check with the Lord before we accede to someone’s desire to pray for them or for some particular situation. Many times the request will be OK, but the timing is off and Holy Spirit says, “Wait.”
