Earlier this past week, I had an experience that has been an eye-opener. Some sixty years have gone by since I was first baptized in the Holy Spirit. On the night that I was baptized in the Holy Spirit and began to speak in tongues, it was nearly four hours before I could speak a word in English.
We were doing a bit of reminiscing in the past few days about some of the rather humorous events of our childhoods and I was sharing with folks an event that took place in the winter of 1947 in Nome, Alaska.

G’Mornin’! In case you aren’t aware of it (and I suspect most of you are), the Lord is trying to get us delivered from our religious boxes, our preconceived notions of how He operates, and what He would like to do through us.
When we began our last Coffee Break, I started to tell you about a personal experience that opened my eyes to the importance of "partnering" as a Kingdom principle, but never got back to share the events that generated the revelation in me. Instead we talked about the foundation of partnership and the fact that it all begins with a covenant we have with the Lord Jesus Christ.
I am Curt Atkinson and I live in Florida. I am 70 years old and live alone. I had everything wrong with me. Between my back, my legs, and hips I just couldn't get up and go nor sit up too long, but I tried as best as I could. I was in terrible physical shape and a little mental I hate to admit, and I needed prayer so bad. I've had two heart attacks and two strokes and diabetes and rheumatoid arthritis. 911 have picked me up four times since April of '98. It seemed like I was just going back and forth to the hospital.
